the location is excellent with proximity to tram stations and shops. the hotel staff members are very friendly and helpful. the room was clean, and the breakfast offered many choices.

the air conditioning in the gym was not working. it made exercising difficult.

friendly staff free tea usb plug shabby room

i found the staff friendly. they offer free tea and coffee on each floor. i also appreciated the iron, microwave and refrigerator in the common space. it was very convenient.

my room felt a bit shabby with holes in the walls. the usb plug sockets were not working. i also thought the bedroom layout was awful. a big cabin bed took up all the space.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean, and i found the breakfast hearty. the location is quite good, with many restaurants in the area. it.

one of the elevators was out of service, so getting downstairs sometimes took a little extra time. that was the only minor inconvenience .

I found free coffee readily available on each floor. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. The staff was always present at the desk offering assistance when needed.

The bathroom mirror was positioned too high for shorter guests such as myself.

the hotel entrance was colourful and cute. the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. they explained the facilities clearly. i was impressed by the staff were great to return sentimental belongings i left behind, it was very kind.
